这道香茅五花肉做起来非常简单,其实家里有烤箱真的方便,
无油无烟,也不需要你守在火炉前飞舞锅铲,
只需要腌一腌,放入烤箱等着计时器响,

香茅,又称为柠檬草,属禾本科,散发着柠檬般的芳香。
香茅含有柠檬醛、香茅醛、香茅醇等成份,是天然的芳香类调料,
在泰国、越南、马来亚等东南亚地区,香茅是必需的烹调材料,
在泰国,香茅是椰汁咖喱必需的材料,也是冬荫功汤的主 要材料;
在越南,各种有名的香茅菜肴和酸汤亦不可缺少。
香茅治疗风湿效果颇佳,可以治疗偏头痛,抗感染,改善消化功能、增进食欲,
也治疗风湿痛、粉刺和减轻忧郁不安,
还可以做成芳香疗法中的精油,除臭、驱虫。

材料:
五花肉,香茅,姜,盐,生抽,蚝油,料酒,砂糖,鸡粉
做法:
1.五花肉洗净
2.姜、香茅洗净
3.香茅切细料,姜切丝
4.所以调味料混合腌渍五花肉半天,中途翻翻面
(可以提前一晚放冰箱腌更入味)

5.取一张锡纸,放上腌好的五花肉Clik here to view.

6.如图包好,入烤箱220度烤约60分钟,打开锡纸,继续烤至两面金黄
即可,取出切片
(PS:上色烘烤时可将剩余酱汁刷到五花肉上)
