这次卤鸡爪的同时还卤了四个鸡蛋,可怜的猪哥帮着清洗半天鸡爪,还一个个的把鸡爪的爪尖剁掉,等他回家的时候却只吃到两个半鸡爪,直嚷着要再去买了鸡爪来卤。
主辅料:鸡爪500克 、十三香料一小包、五花肉一小块、啤酒两听或者一大瓶、生抽3小杯、老抽1小杯、白糖1小杯
